1. Using the toolbox while signed out

You may use the main learning tools without signing in. Your vocabulary wrongbook, test preferences, appearance settings, offline cache and temporary uploaded word lists are mainly stored in this browser and are not uploaded automatically. You can manage them through browser site-data controls or the toolbox import, export and clear actions.

2. Sign-in and LSCube OAuth information

When you sign in with LSCube OAuth, the toolbox receives the identity information required for the service, such as user ID, display name, email and avatar URL. It uses this information only to establish a session, show sign-in state and determine cloud-sync availability. LSCube OAuth processes account, authorization and security-log data under its Privacy policy and Terms of use.

3. Cloud sync data

The toolbox stores JSON snapshots in cloud storage only when you explicitly sync a wrongbook or settings. Synced content may include wrongbook entries, definition sources, mistake counts, batch information, appearance preferences, learning stage and test preferences. Sync is explicit and never overwrites local or cloud data automatically after sign-in or setup.

4. Offline cache and local storage

To keep the toolbox usable offline, your browser may cache app pages, static assets and word-list JSON files you choose to cache. Custom uploads are used only in the current page session by default, while the wrongbook is stored in a local database. Clearing browser site data may remove this local data.

5. Custom developer sync sources

If you configure a custom R2 source in developer mode, its access keys remain in this browser and the browser accesses the object storage you specify directly. Use only a personal or test bucket you control; never enter public or shared production keys. Data processing, permissions and retention are governed by the storage service you configure.

6. Third-party services and data security

The toolbox may rely on hosting, LSCube OAuth, object storage and browser-provided local storage. The project makes reasonable efforts to minimize collection and avoid exposing default server credentials in the client. Internet services cannot guarantee uninterrupted or risk-free operation in every case, so protect your account and custom-source keys.

7. Your choices

You may remain signed out, sign out, import or export your wrongbook, clear custom-source settings, or clear site data in your browser. If you do not want data stored in the cloud, do not use sync actions.
